Needs a Lot of Work

There is no way to see your account balance live or anytime. Just shows your holdings. Why can't you multiply by live quote and show your account balance? Also, you profit/loss on each holding would be nice. Just needs work to make it User Friendly. Brittex seems to get it with there App!

1) you cannot do anything in the app except continioualy refresh to see latest price. 2) my biggest problem with kraken, is their customer support. I have $ tied up with them, and it's been impossible to get my $ back in my bank account. 3) beware. They are ruining the bitcoin experience for me and I've lost faith.

I accidentally tiled my phone while looking at the charts and lo-and-behold, a better chart with smaller granularity. Unfortunately, no trading with this app
Impossible to deposit money

I have sent several deposit requests and never been able to send it to the account provided. The app makes no sense intuitively, and the support is completely non existent. I have sent several support requests only to be directed to useless and embarrassingly unspecified FAQs. The app is essentially useless if you use USD, and the website doesn't work for s*** either. No explanation on how to actually make deposits or buy coins. Pathetic waste of time. Stick to coinbase or Bitfinex .
This actually provides a disservice to people.

Takes at least 10 different tries to get to the order review screen. Fatal flaws with updating currency types, almost never work. Even if I push all the right buttons in the right order the "eservice" is unavailable. I've placed about 5 orders successfully, that compared to how many times I've tried, probably at least 200 different times. Best thing I found is to clear all fields of info and close/start app again. This happens most often. Input then fail, try try try, fail, try some more, fail fail fail. This app should be called Fail.

Completely crashed just when everyone needs it. Laden with bugs and errors. It barely works and feels like an app designed a decade ago and barely updated since. Literally cannot say enough bad things about this app!

The app has the potential to be something really useful. However, if you think the kraken UI was irritating, just wait until you try the app. Consistently inaccurate and impossible. For example, I had ฿ .01 in my account, which was worth around $40 at the time. According to the app? About 85 cents! Hilarious... ? (completely unamused)
Not the best...

I finally ended up getting the Kraken app and connecting my account to view balances. The layout of the app just seems amateur. Text is either packed in too tight or given way too much padding. The Alerts page just loads forever so I honestly have no idea what it is for. For my balances, they give a notional value which I assume is the amount of USD your balances are worth. This value is very wrong if that’s the case. I have about $3000 of one coin and the notional value is about $68. Maybe I m completely wrong about what it’s supposed to be. But that’s the point, they don’t explain it. My biggest gripe is for coins that are valued less than $1. They give their value 8 decimal places for the day’s weighted value. But only 2 decimal places for the current value. No idea why they decided that but it’s one of those minor things that become annoying. I end up logging into the website rather than use the app because I don’t trust what it is telling me...
Just no effort put into this app whatsoever

This thing is a mess. No live chart data is understable maybe but the decimal point issue is really getting under my skin. PUT THE ACTUAL VALUE instead of cutting it off like you do.
