The entire service is terrible and the fees are huge. There are much better alternatives out there. Also takes weeks to get verified. Just go find a different service.

Keeps crashing when I try to place a new order. Changing price to USD and placing order crashes the app. To: Kraken developers, test out the Coinbase app to get an idea of what customers are looking for. Their app is very convenient and easy to use

No updates, no communication, zero customer service, I mean how are you still in business? Your app barely functions at all and is constantly “offline”. Your verification process is a joke. Plz just give a little effort. Your traffic is through the roof right now with crypto investing/spending going apeshit. At the very least you could provide a decent app

This app is as bad as it gets. Atrocious performance on even the most basic things like currency pairs (why isn’t this cached? It’s not like currencies change that much). Nigh impossible to actually execute a trade, and just generally not fun to use. As long as the website keeps being improved I’m fine with Kraken’s service, but they should remove this app until it’s gets an update so no one thinks this is the thing to use.

I’ve been trying to use kraken for over two weeks. Can not get verified and have had zero responses when submitting support requests. All crypto sites are backed up but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s been unusable for so long.

2018 - Still no update in sight... How’s the hiring going for the new developments? How’s the scaling to meet demand going? Really would enjoy to use this exchange more. With the sudden rise in recent news, it’s gotten more popular as you can tell. Please provide an update? Mid 2017 - Great start for the app.. would be nice to see some new updates / features.... Minus another star, almost 2 years no update.

Really frustrating to use this app. Almost impossible to make a trade. You are not even sure if you succeed placing an order. No wonder they have all these disclaimers about the app. Cmon Kraken. Fix your app.

Kraken's website is so nice, I cannot figure out why their app is so difficult to use in comparison. Also, it's rarely updated.
