In this day and age how can an app still be so complicated and annoying for use. It touts with add your kohl’s credit card to your profile and yet it’s the one thing I haven’t been able to do no matter what I’ve tried. Fix your app, you definitely make plenty of money off of your customers to be able to pay to have your site in working order.

What the hell is the purpose of this app when I can’t even log into my Kohls card. Every time I try to log in through the app, it doesn’t do anything. Just blanks out the username and password and nothing happens. Fix your app!
Constant glitching

Keeps kicking me off after I’ve logged in, then won’t let me log back in. It all just goes blank when I submit, then it locks me out. Couldn’t make my payment. It’s a bad app.

I consistently have difficulty with this app. It won’t load or there is an issue with the search engine when you are finally able to get it to open. So disappointed!!

When I request to do Kohl’s Pay and SELECT my coupons it won’t display them on the screen so I have to manual get them scanned this is so irritating, I’ve never had problems until now and I logged off deleted the app and then reloaded it back to my phone and it still is not working properly.

I was using the app with no trouble, until right after Christmas. Now it won’t open on my iPhone 11. Very frustrating. Hope there is a fix in the works.
