Best Cart App!

I’ve used several charting apps. This one is the best I’ve found for my iPhone :)

Charting Made Easy! No more graph apps for me.

ienjoyed

If you are tired of using the graph paper settings on your regular note-taking apps, where you are limited to the number of blocks per line and page - this is the knitting app for you. If you want to track your rows completed on a stranded knitting pattern without having to print out or mark up a graph paper pdf - this is the app for you. If you want an easy way to do simple 1-row modifications during knitting an original pattern because your contrast color needs to be used for one more row, or you miscalculated that the carried color would be at the working end but it is still a row away — this is the app for you! I haven’t used most of the features yet because this app is so easy to launch that I just began. I had to redraw my partial test chart only once, and the second test ended up becoming my final stranded knit sleeve in 3 colors, for a project I’m knitting now - this is the app for me! The app crashes quite a bit while it is saving maybe, or maybe it is an iPadOS 13 interaction? But it almost always saves all work and I have not lost work except the last few rows a few times. I also cannot properly move a set of rows up to allow insertion of a new pattern in between, which would be helpful during designing, but that may be my newness with the app. Thank you for this app!!

What’s the point of family sharing?

MissYouOmega

It’s a bit frustrating to find each family member must make the in app purchase individually. What’s the point of advertising family sharing? The app is already free to download.

Easy to chart designs ??

Teryl Hollins

I used this program to take an existing knitting chart and redrew it with colored symbol squares. This made it much easier to follow the chart when the stitches changed within each row. I also loved knitting the pattern, visually, advancing the chart, row by row. Great app!!!

No instructions

Louns456

There are no instructions to get started. The quick tips do not show how to get started. Paid for the upgrade thinking that would give me the tools needed to upload the pdf into a chart. Still no clue how to get started and use the app. Waste of $8.

Powerful App, Weak UX

bdjcjsndbwbsjdjjabd

It’s a great app in theory, however the icons are all you have to indicate a use. Makes it hard to easily recall what their uses are unless you’re an avid user. Additionally the features aren’t easy to find; for example, I have no idea how to open the designs. I can save them, but I can’t find them.

Hard to use, no help or support

Putsio

I have not been able to really use this app. The entry is hard because the symbols do not “stick” on my iPad. I bought a stylus and it doesn’t help at all. There is no erase function without going from the “used” symbols to “all.” The app is not intuitive. There is no how-to with the app and there appears to be no support. It has some OK points, but I would not buy it again.

Please add a 6+ Brioche stitch

Montreal voyager

As brioche knitting design is expanding, I find your app lacks a +6 increase. Could this be added?
