I have only used the app for one day. Already I am in heaven as I am keen to design my own color work. It makes this task insanely easy. I was using Tables in Word before. So this is a big change. You can see your mistakes before you ever knit a stitch. I have to explore the other features but the color work design and row highlighter feature is priceless for me.
I’ve been using this for a few years and it’s a great app. But recently, the colors are totally off.
This app doesn’t work at all after the new update. I get a blank screen only that’s pulled up in front of the project page. Cannot dismiss it.
First, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE NEW FEATURES that allow for the counter to move row by row with the instructions for that row. Yeah! Now, if you could please include a zoom feature, so that when I print the lines are bigger. Have seeing issues. Thank You
Loving this app. I am so glad I can finally design knitting projects on my iPad. I’ve only created one project so far, but it is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I’m looking forward to using the Knitting Chart app to keep track of the project as I knit it.
So easy to use, either to remap near unreadable patterns or to get wild and make your own! I bought the full version after 20 minutes of playing around and it’s been money so well spent.
Upset that I bought the full version because I thought I was going to be able to get more detailed graphs from uploaded photos but I did not and now wasted $14 for an app I don’t even need.
Downloaded this to try it out. Disappointed when the first thing I see is “You only get one project before you have to pay,” but I said what the heck I’ll try at least that one. But as soon as I tried to create a project, every menu popped up a message which said “Upgrade to Pro to use this function.” Immediately deleted it.
This was my absolute favorite app until the recent update. It completely changed the layout and accessibility. For me personally, the app is essentially unusable at this point — which is really unfortunate, as I was greatly enjoying it.
This app was so convoluted I tried to use the free version but couldn’t quite figure it out and tried to start over but of course was only able to do one “free” project before I was prompted to pay. I didn’t even get a chance to really try it because I was just trying to figure out the settings. Definitely not worth $14. Maybe allow users to try it more than one measly time. ?
