I love this app it lets me brake up payments to get all the things I love and has made Christmas so much better for my Famly

I bought the instant language translator using KLARNA and it never arrived. Shouldn’t there be a communication between KLARNA and item tracking? They have charged a large amount of money for something that was never delivered. I also paid extra for express shipping!!!!!

Why is so difficult to change credit card in file. It’s ridiculous. When I go change card and try to get into that portal, I’m confronted with a “you changed your card” and I haven’t. Very frustrating!

I’ve spoken to so many customer service representatives that it’s ridiculous at this point. I’ve talked to the chat line to more than 8 people, over the phone with 5 people and have emailed 3 different emails that I’ve gotten from your representatives. I was scammed and klarna is taking their time getting me my money back and they already have all the answers to who and what the account linked back to that took my money. Never in my life have I dealt with such disregard. I’m leaving a review everywhere until I get my money back.A month later and still nothing. Not even a proper follow up

Cannot chat with you in the app as your notes here suggest becauseeeee app doesn’t work far enough to get to a page with options to ‘chat’ with you. Matter of fact all it does is open. Opening Page will not even move, scroll, react to any commands. Maybe spend a little time in researching and a lil money locating a decent developer; but, I humbly request, not u til AFTER you assist me. Thanks

The reason im giving the app one star is because the app used to work great! Now all of a sudden they want to adjust my payment plan for me and try to make me pay more now than just leaving it alone with the four equal payments!! Thats why i started using this app!! I liked how the payments were equal and you could push them back if you needed to. That was great! I dont know why they decided to just change their setting like that without giving the customer an option on what they wanted to do, but i dont appreciate that and wish they would change it back to the way they had it before. Because now i cant buy my sister’s birthday gift because they want to charge me $115 for the first payment instead of $56 like it was originally supposed to be.
