I have been working on reestablishing my credit and this app has helped with making holiday purchases without having to dish out the full amount. I’ve never had an issue with the app, I always make payments on time for the last 3 years I have been using it and my total amount to spend has increased significantly.

I used Klarna literally a month ago with my Chime bank account. It is NOT a prepaid card. It’s a valid, Visa card that’s from a financial institution. I paid all my payments on time, and when I tried to use Klarna again it told me that my card wasn’t accepted . There was no explanation from the company (they have my email to notify me) and customer service was clueless as to why besides that the rules and regulations have changed. This is incredibly upsetting and makes me think they are pulling other information on clients otherwise why would this be happening? I personally believe I deserve an explanation as I just used this app and paid all my installments on time. If I could give it zero stars I would. The developer made a comment to use another form of payment I tried that and still didn’t get accepted. Don’t bother with Klarna there are other apps you can use to do payment installments. And they actually accept a wide variety of cards from institutions for payments!

When I first got this app I loved it. I thought or was so cool and convenient. Ive never had a late payment or missed one . Which is hard to do considering it come directly from your checking account. The last time I was able to get approved was November . I think it’s a bit ridiculous that the company give you this default answer everything . “It’s the system and we can’t do anything about it . Horrible customer service. Ig there is a issue with the system who better to ask them the company them self’s !?! . I understand that every time you won’t get approved .but you would think if there are so many reviews on the same problem they would try to fix it !
Won’t let you get another card

I got two orders my first time. Paid them off and I loved the app. Now ever since then all it says is either we hit a snag or we can’t approve you which makes absolutely no sense when all my information is the same as when it approved me before. All customer service says is there is a lot of factors ??♀️?♀️
They will take all your money.

I get billed every month. The bill comes late so your payment is late. Hefty late charges that basically subtracts nothing from the amount. Do not use this app people! Worst decision ever. I. Only here to help you out.
