I used to like Klarna and have used it to pay for a couple vacations last year and some other purchases but all i get now are “ technical errors” and its basically useless now. I have an available credit line on Klarna, answer all my security questions 100% correctly and still i cannot use the app due to “technical errors” that Klarna customer service is unable to solve. Ive emailed and called numerous times but Klarna staff are just not trained properly with computer errors and how to resolve them. Not much else i can say about it other than Klarna needs to hire better trained computer software engineers that can solve issues like the ones im having.

I usually do not write reviews for apps that I download but this app right here definitely deserves a review. This app has made my life so much easier especially when it comes to budgeting I know that if I’m using Klarna and if I purchase something I know that I have to put away a certain amount of money to go pay back a certain store I use through Klarna. Love love love love Klarna. Please keep this app running.

Do NOT use this service! The customer service is terrible and each refund I’ve done has taken roughly 2 months. After I finally get my refund I’m never using this app again. I recommend everyone not to use this app if your money matters to you.

I was using it for the first time, couldn’t do anything. The app keeps crashing, not worth the time. Worst experience ever.
