Christmas Order Never Arrived – Klarna | Shop now. Pay later. Review

I bought the instant language translator using KLARNA and it never arrived. Shouldn’t there be a communication between KLARNA and item tracking? They have charged a large amount of money for something that was never delivered. I also paid extra for express shipping!!!!!
