Too Many Technical Issues (especially on refunds)

For an app to offer pay in for is awesome Unfortunately this is not a good one. Too many technical difficulties within the app and then processing refunds. If you take my bank information Technical difficulties saying “ your refund was stuck in the system “ Is unacceptable. Obviously developer issues that need to be fixed
