A glitch took out my purchases and progress. Thank you for fixing it. My progress didn’t come back, but what I purchased did. I got back up to speed quickly.

I’ve played this game for many years, and spent plenty of money on it. I’m disappointed that at every new world you have to buy a bunch of new appliances. There is no logical way to earn enough coins to buy everything required every time you get to a new world. I’m stuck at a new world and will probably delete the game because I don’t want to spend money on coins anymore just to enjoy a game that used to be fun.

During the update period, which was like 3 days, they Deleted all my data and took items that I paid for. I reached out to them and they replied slowly. The suggested solution didn’t work for me and they still haven’t gotten back to me. They didn’t offer to restore the items or give me a refund and I am not the only one. They simply don’t care about their customers.

04/04/2020: The game won’t start for me. When opening the app, I immediately get a pop-up that says “no internet connection”. I am connected and everything else on my tablet works fine. Been like this for a day now. Don’t know how else to notify the devs, since the game won’t open. ?♀️ UPDATE: this was fixed, but I somehow lost about 10 levels of progress and a good amount of coins (like 200k). Also lost some progress towards some location goals. 04/10/2020

However a few things need to be fixed. I amobsessedddd with this game. I’m currently in level coldcutta. I understand the need to make money but it’s getting out of hand. Every new city, you are basically required to have 100,000 coins to buy new equipment. It can be annoying but in the last few cities you have to have between 225,000-300,000 in coins saved up to buy equipment. That’s way too much. I spend days playing and earning to buy the equipment just to make it to the next level which is required to have 100,000 more. I think they are trying to force people to buy coins with their real hard earned money and I don’t like it.

the game keeps crashing and I keep having to redo the same levels even though I’ve beaten them. This is getting more and more ridiculous. PLEASE FIX THE GAME or you know, actually update it more than every 6 months. ?

Oh my god, a developer that actually listened to its users and reverted back when a horrible update ruined everything! I'm kind of in love with you guys now. Thank you thank you thank you! Five stars.
