Unable to connect to iPhone 6S

I have been unable to connect the Kinsa Smart Stick thermometer I bought to any of the iPhone 6S's in my home. After contacting support they stated this is a known problem and there was nothing they could do but advise me to buy a new phone.

With this update I am no longer able to take my temperature. Keeps going back to home page. Worked great before. Have iPhone 6plus. ?
Profile and history deleted upon v4.0 update.

The profiles were deleted after update. There seem to be historical "anonymous" readings I can re-assign...but no indication of which profiles they were previously attached to which makes that cumbersome at best.

Still takes temperatures, and user interface changes seem nice, but it no longer communicates with the Health app resident on my iPhone 6! Please fix this!!

This app doesn't update to Apple Health app .... Since last update... Worked good before... Reapplied the app and setup failed... Have iphone 6+...

Before newest update, and after, the app will not open so it's useless. Worked long ago, but not recently.

If it's not broke then why try to "fix" it. The app did work great and now every time I go to take a temp it says the probe is too warm. This occurs even when the probe hasn't been used for days or hours and has effectively rendered the Kinsa useless. Please fix it.
