No temps on app

It says it is connected to my phone, but it will not send any of the temps to the app.

This app and thermometer is one of the best purchases I've made. I love how it tracks temps, symptoms and medications. Took it to my daughters well child visit and our pediatrician loved it. Highly recommend!

First of all I don’t know why the bad reviews! I love the app. From being able to go back and review previous temperatures or emailing the doctor the history of recorded temperatures blew my mind. At the moment I’m in the hospital with my daughter and was showing the doctor her history of temperatures they thought this was great and glad I had it. Setup was a breeze if for some reason it doesn’t recognize the thermostat press the Bluetooth a couple of times on the side of the device so it can communicate with the phone and it’s that’s easy. You have the ability to set different profiles for each family member in the house. Another plus if you were to give the device to a babysitter to check a temperature while at work when you come home you press the Bluetooth button a couple of times and it will have an alert of recorded temperatures and it will allow you to assign it to one profile.

When the app worked, I liked it. But now that I need to use it because my baby has a fever, it won’t even open. Tried redownloading the app and it won’t even load on to my Phone.

I have never purchase a thermometer before and I'm by far pleased with my purchase. I only paid $20.00 but it keeps a record so when you go to the doctor you can show your kids pediatrician the notes of their fevers

Reliable Thermometer with Great App

I have had many thermometers that I hated because I got different temperature readings with multiple usages. Finally, a thermometer that works and also works with my smartphone. I was given the Kinsa as a gift. It is reliable and accurate and my kids like using it because if the bubble game. I like that I can track symptoms and see what is going around in my area. Highly recommend! A great gift for new parents too!
