Fun taking temperature

I like this app overall. The features are great. The bubble popping is a huge hit with my kids while they wait for their temperature. Update: So we've had this thermometer for 7 months now and when it's working, it's great. When it's not, it's frustrating. I think it more of an app problem. The first problem was my phone wouldn't register when the thermometer was plugged in until I turned my phone off and on. That bug got fixed I guess bc it doesn't do that anymore. Now it doesn't show the temperature when the reading is done. I have to exit out of the app and the temperature is there on the temperature list with past readings. Although I don't think my thermometer is working this time as well. It says my son doesn't have a temp but when I use a normal thermometer he does. He also feels warm and is acting sick. So I'm trusting the regular thermometer now. It's a little frustrating.

We originally bought an ear thermometer for our newborn. But our pediatrician said it needed to be rectal of underarm. My husband picked up a Kinsa. It’s been awesome. I love that everything is tracked in this app. It’s easy to use. The only thing I wish they’d change is the ability to add your own illnesses. My son has an ear infection and I can’t put that in the app.

This thermometer is great I love it , but ever since they updated the app I still can’t connect to the app, pleas fix!
App won’t open

The app won’t open. It’s updated and the phone has been turned off and on but the app just won’t open. Useless if I can’t use app.

We have had this for a year and it barely works. I am a tech guy so I understand how to fix things but I have tried every fix offered and it won’t recognize my device. When it works, it’s great but the last few updates makes it unusable. Maybe the next update will fix it. Right now I have to use a regular thermometer but if my kid is sick next month who knows if this will work. Got to hire better tech people at your company.

I’m not sure if thermometer Is accurate. Sometimes it’s been consistent. Other times it goes from one extreme to another. I went from a 101 fever to 5 mins later 96.5. Also sometimes start up takes to long. Further the thermometer shouldn’t start when you breath on it.

No issues with the temperature taking . This app and thermometer do exactly what they are supposed to do.
