More trouble than its worth?

New layout hard to maneuver and took me way tooooo long. Only how bad I hate going into KS makes this remotely worthwhile.
Great Feature

The online ordering and pick up is a great feature that I have used for 2 months. The ease of picking up groceries after work saves me hours in the store.
App won’t open sometimes and Friday Freebie

So, app was just great until recently, within the last two weeks. First, the app doesn’t always open. Second, the tab to click on to take advantage of the Friday Freebie is gone. It use to be in the running banner at the top if the main page? I’ve looked all over the app-can’t find it. I’ve also sent an email complaint. Haven’t heard anything! Very disappointed!

It has changed and for the negative, Kroger brand seems to be less available, things I know are in the store don’t show up, click list is no longer user friendly, not as easy to add things that you always buy. Come on guys make it easier!

It gets cumbersome having to move back and forth between lists. I should be able to add products to my shopping list as well as my cart.

I’ve always been impressed with the quality I can find at my local King Soopers and the fact that I can drive by and pick up my groceries after placing my order from the comfort of my bed during “my me-time” is just about the best thing that’s ever happened! I just wish adding to my checklist would be easier... list and checklist together without going back and forth... and a full store menu without having to search items.... hmmmm...

I can’t explain really how convenient it is to shop online. It is so helpful for our busy family. The employees are very helpful and bring it out to you and load the car. It’s fantastic! Thank you King Soopers!!

Loving Click-List

Today was my third Click-List order, and I’m loving it! I previously went to Walmart Grocery which was fine, however, King Soopers location is more convenient as well as the fact that you can order and pick-up your groceries in the same day! The staff has been polite and even delivered a misplaced item to my house. Keep up the great customer service!
