Can't access in stores

This app has the potential to be incredible. I love that I have access to my coupons and my store coupons. I really love that I can make a list and even have it sorted by the aisles of my local store! However, my local store is a black hole for phone reception and I can't access any of the features when I'm actually shopping. So then I have to ask, what's the point? I talked to my local store managers to see if there are plans for store wifi for customers. They didn't seem to know or care about what I was asking for. What a bummer, because otherwise this app has the potential to be one of my most used favorites.


Kings is my favorite store . . . But . . .

I'm so very disappointed that you stopped carrying the thick double smoked bacon in the butcher case. We got that on a regular basis. I had to settle for the other and it's not nearly as good. Please bring back the old version.


This app always worked perfect until update

This app currently does not work. I can't even open it. It just crashes. I hate it. Please fix it because I shop king soopers exclusively and rely on coupons, fuel points, and USING THE APP FOR THAT! Please hurry.

Hello! As an iOS King Soopers app user AND an almost daily shopper at your store just across the street from me in Denver, I am requesting that your app NOT provide me with your ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES weekly ad for your store in Glendale, CO!! Having finally overcome my personal difficulties with alcohol ? several years ago, I am now confronted with old temptations every time I launch your app!! It seems wholly unreasonable to be without the means to turn that ad off in my app preferences, as I'm sure it is to the large number of shoppers who share my situation, and are irritated as frequently as I am by this easily remedied update to your otherwise 5-Star, convenient and much-used app!! Thank you for seriously considering my request, and I wish you a GREAT DAY! ?


Kicked me out

The app logged me out all on its own and it won't allow me to log back in with my username and password. I WAS using this religiously and it WAS helping me save time at the store.


Helpful when it works

I like being able to load coupons on my card when I'm not being repeatedly locked out of my account due to the app crashing

Two of us use the app signed into the same account. We seem to have the issues regardless of who adds the items, who checks off the items or who or how many of us go shopping. Every time we get to the store many items we added to the list before we left for the store are mysteriously missing from the list. We're getting good at shopping more from memory than relying on the app to maintain the shopping list for us. Items we check off while shopping keep coming back onto the list. Should I just buy more of the item to make it disappear from my list?? When I'm adding coupons to my card, it would be nice to only see new coupons; not coupons I already have, coupons I already rejected, and coupons I've never seen before. Finally, what is the deal with the aisle sort order? Some aisles in our store are alphabetical like "bakery" or "seafood" while others are numeric. The app just sorts them alphanumerically rather than how they are laid out in the physical store. We scroll through the entire list at every aisle to make sure we aren't skipping anything. On a good note, we like having pictures of the items and love the ability to scan items to add back to the list. Hooding KS decision makers are reading reviews and can get some of these issues resolved. We're probably going back to our old app if the can't be fixed.


Can't actually order from the app

What's the point of having an app if the scheduling and pickup time and paying for the order has to be done on the website? Also, I'm consistently told items are unavailable that I know are not, I have gone in the store and found items they said they could not pull. It's a great idea and I would use the hell out of this but the execution is always really poor


Latest update makes app shut down

After downloading the update 13.0, the King Soopers app will not open. I tried turning my phone off and back on but the same happened. Disappointing. Edit: I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it and now it works.
