Digital coupons are great!

The app is amazing for finding and loading digital coupons onto your card but I hate that there's a limit to the amount of coupons you can click on. My store hasn't updated with the grocery list feature so I don't know what aisles items are in and I can't save my list. The coupons and rewards are awesome though!

First, let me say I use a lot of functions on the King Soopers app and they're great. However, I finally broke down and had to get another grocery list app. The new release removed all of my manually stored categories and now I have about 100 items grouped under 'other' category, or 'aisle may vary'! I shop every week and have compiled a long list of items. The app used to be extremely helpful because I could choose what I need that week just by sliding items over to the 'checked' status, then 'uncheck' them as I shop. Each item was under the category related to its associated aisle in my particular store, so some of my categories were manually set. I also want the freedom to choose what I get based on what the store has that day, like 'Frozen Treats', and since category was 'Frozen' the item stayed where I needed it to be on my list. The current release is too inflexible since it requires specific products be chosen and does not allow manual category or aisle changes. Manually entered items do not allow aisle or category entry. I need more flexibility from a grocery list. For those people who shop like I do, the List Ease app may be a better fit. King Soopers appears to be trending toward people who buy a few items at a time and create a specific list for each visit. I just don't have the time.
Used to be able to add items from shopping list to ClickList order

I used to be able to go to my coupons, see the related items covered by that ecoupon, add items to my shopping list AND THEN press on the big blue button at the top to add those items to my ClickList order, but I can no longer do that. -- I select items in three different ways and I need all three ways to add items to my ClickList order (recent items, searched items and ecoupons)
Why does My List not upload to Clicklist like it used to?!?!?!

I used to love how slick the list and coupon features worked, especially with Clicklist! It was an awesome time saver for a busy mom to be able to create my list as the week progressed, add all the items to my Clicklist order with one click on Saturday morning, and go pick up my order. I’m so disappointed that this feature was not included in this latest release! The designers obviously do not use the app or Clicklist. Please, please bring this feature back or please provide instructions on how to do it in the new app. This feature is included in the app description but I’ve spent an hour trying to figure it out and cannot find it. So, so disappointed!!
No more coupons?!

I can't get to my coupons anymore!!! This makes me very angry!!!! I can click on something once and the the app freezes. It's now a waste of space on my phone and will be deleted soon, unless the problem can be fixed. Give me my coupons back please!!!
Crashes before I've even begun

I was peeved to begin with that I had to download this app instead of just using my regular King Soopers card, and now it has crashed (frozen) every single time I've tried to get it set up with my card information. Kroger is a huge company, but it appears that they have left app development to a part time high school intern. Process for linking store card to app is completely broken. People at store help desk confirmed I have the right name and card number, bit the app still doesn’t take it. It also won’t let you create a new number under an existing phone number. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Frequently crashes

I love King Soopers, the app not so much. New version frequently crashes. It is difficult to check and uncheck items. Guess I’ll go back to a paper list.
Needs improvement

Looking at my stored coupons when shopping is a pain. Have to scroll thru them to see if u have coupon for that item. Should make so easier to locate like groups. Dairy- meats- laundry- hygiene. Also if the store u go to has jacked up cell service - good luck pulling up the coupons and if your lucky to get your bar code to pull up on the phone to be scanned- it still will not give you the coupon discount if the cell server is bad in that area. I now go farther out of my way to a store that has cell service. I do enjoy the free item Friday and found out the special last a couple weeks so you don’t have to go only on Friday to redeem it.
