I'm having problems logging in and complained serveral times without any reply. And they keep renewing the contract with providing any service or even trying to help. I don't recommend it at all

The instructions from customer service don’t even work to fix it, and yet I’m still paying for it. So frustrating!!!

Worked great, was a fan of Unlimited and now it just stopped working before the last update. When switching on it just switches back after 15 seconds no matter which server or protocol I choose. Extremely frustrating and makes the app useless

I have used this product for quite a while now and the upgrades have made it even better. Thankfully I have had very few issues. The issues I have had were solved with a different router. I also upgraded to unlimited which in my opinion was a very good value. I especially appreciate the extra safety and security piece of mind this brings me when I travel.

I owe keep solid an apology I was testing my servers on Ookla speed test I hit the select server close to me and wouldn’t show actual server I reinstalled and didn’t allow this and works fine now so if anyone else would have that problem now you can fix this Great product and great speeds 95 % of servers I get Download over 50 mb Upload of 10 mb I recommend to all my family and friends

I’ve used several VPN services over the years and this one has been the best for me. Stable, fast connections. I don’t know why it’s not in the top 10 lists. I just bought an unlimited subscription for 99$—-lifetime !!!!
just want a decent app
Amazing app and support! You need this if you use the internet, and obviously you are right now. ?✌️

Except for a few glitches, my experience with them after several months of use has been good. They offer servers in quite a few countries, which is enough for me meets my need. If you have a home router that supports it, the same account can be used on it and tunnels all traffic to and from it. For this need and the other glitches, I contacted their support and the response was fast and helpful.
