I bought a one year subscription, but will upgrade to a lifetime one at the end of the year. I bought this for numerous reasons (such as security and privacy when connecting to public wifi) and couldn't be happier with the service. A great deal and a good product. UPDATE: enjoyed it enough to warrant upgrading to the lifetime subscription.

Bought the unlimited subscription. Phone (6s 11.2.x) may or may not connect. iPad (air2 11.2.x) usually connects. Some websites block access based on VPN IP address. Can’t turn it off. Have to delete the app. Then, when I need to use it again, start the process all over again. The same issue on laptop using windows 10. Basically, it’s not been reliable for me on any device.

This would have been a good VPN but it’s inconsistent. Sometimes it’s blazing fast, the next day you can’t use it at all. It would show that it’s connected but you can’t access the internet. Not sure, I’d pay for it again

All it does is prevent my phone from connecting to the internet. They’re having problems today

Very slow VPN, and it’s getting slower and slower. New user please watch out, this app charge you 3 years’s subscribe but don’t immediately reflect on your purchase. So DO NOT purchase again, they will absolutely charge you again. (Contacted the app company as well as Apple, neither agreed to return the fee, so new users need to watch out carefully) It’s taking very long time to connect, and the line drops very often. Because I paid twice, I really hope the review system could let me give this VPN app two bad reviews

Each recent app update makes the VPN service worse. The latest causes the VPN servers to squash your internet connection in around 10 minutes, forcing you to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly. Avoid this VPN service until the programmers figure out what they're doing. They obviously haven't heard of the KISS principle, or if it's not broken don't fix it. Update: No, I will not switch to a less secure protocol due to bugs created by your programmers. I have switched to other VPN services on the devices I have updated. Older versions of the app work fine, which singles out the updated app as the problem. Update 2: The VPN still has connection problems. This app has been going downhill starting with version 4.13. That's SIX versions/updates, and they still can't get things working correctly. It's a shame, as they were one of the best VPN providers.

I've had no issues. I'm able to securely access the internet and when I need to change my location it works well

I have had this app for about a year and both my Mac and multiple iPhone models. Never had a problem. I can tell it works because AT&T can’t categorize my type of usage.
