This app works pretty well since I upgraded to an IPhone 7plus. Slows my connection down a bit but if it makes me more secure I’m ok with that. Battery life just slightly shortened. Worth the relatively inexpensive price for lifetime use.
A must app for all users who use public WIFI!!

In today's uncertain world of identity thieves and hackers having a product like this on my phone to hide my identity makes me sleep well at night! I would have given this a 5 star rating however unfortunately sometimes when I have it on and if I try to open one of my apps on my phone it won't open but as soon as I turn VPN off it opens, hopefully this is something the developers will fix in the future but for the time being I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone!! ??

I have been using this app for more than a year and I’m extremely happy with it. The Customer Service is outstanding and they are very knowledge and help. If you’re looking for a VPN then this is the one to choose.

I got this while I had a windows phone. This was one of the few VPNs for there and I was happy to see they kept up support on the platform. That alone encouraged me to purchase a subscription. I also found out it works on my windows 10 computer. And iOS. And android. Among other platforms. Even if I hadn’t kept on using it on my new phone it would have served a very useful purpose on my laptop but since I got this phone (8+) I have had it on here and I must say I have yet to be disappointed (always room for that but so far nary a real complaint). It’s speedy, works on my LTE or any WiFi network I connect to, doesn’t detract from any streaming service I utilise be it something from pandora to YouTube to another music service or any website I visit. They say they are working with Netflix to allow use whilst watching however even if that doesn’t end up occurring that’s not their fault but up to Netflix. In the end my only single issue is that the server I used to use all the time was the Texas 2 server which rather suddenly disappeared this last week. I hope it’s a temporary thing but even if not it has yet to become a problem due to load on the Texas 1 server. Thank you, Keep Solid, for ensuring your product continues to work. I also like that you’ve replied to other reviews so they can get help if they have a genuine issue. And please, keep up support for the WP platform. That is what brought me in.

RESOLVED: READ UPDATES BELOW FIRST!!! I just shut the VPN off on my iPhone 7 plus. The home wireless VPN works fine but the phone app only works when it wants to and for very short periods. If you can get the lifetime service at the steep discount, it's a good deal for the price, but find something else for your Apple phone. UPDATE I received a response to my request giving me a suggestion to turn off 'Connect on Demand' on Personal VPN and to use the upper tier 'Status' switch instead. If this works and service is as good as on my home wireless, I will upgrade my rating accordingly. UPDATE Still not working. VPN blocks wifi and LTE. UPDATE I have to Manually restart my VPN every time it deactivates, which happens continuously and constantly throughout the day. !!!VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! 10-1-17 It took a while but support finally found a workaround for my iPhone 7 Plus. I had to manually install a personal VPN in my phone's settings but they provided the tools and the authorization protocols, which are the most valuable part of any kit for a working VPN. Thank you, Irina! I'm changing my rating to 5 Stars. UPDATE AFTER NEW VERSION (reply written on Nov 1, 2017) It seems this newest version has cleaned up some issues, particularly the Connect on Demand bug. Now there is an option Settings > Connect on demand for WiFi only. I set this to ON and have had uninterrupted VPN for over 24 hours. Thank you Development Team! Issue resolved.

As many others have noted; my iPad and iPhone 7 become completely issueless while connected. I recently bought the h limited plan because the price was right. My windows laptop seems to work smoothly. However, my mobile devices rarely will connect to ANY network of the VPN is on, and if they do finally connect, no apps or basic data based functions will work. I’ve tried the troubleshooting options given to me by their customer support to no avail. I rarely use my laptop outside of home, my mobile connections I take everywhere and I travel a lot. I need secure connections and so far this has been a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!

Just got it love knowing I am protected Have had a few issues but the support team is really awesome If you don't have it get it you won't be sorry Been using this VPN for awhile now They have always helped me with any issues I had . Get this you won't be sorry

I’m happy as a clam in clean H2O! I have installed on iPhone and iPad and neither is slowed down one bit. I don’t know a whole lot about it i.e. If a closer server makes any difference. I’m connected to Houston and it’s all good! Well worth the bucks!! 11/02/2017 Several weeks later: I’ve found this VPN to be the best of what is out there or that I have tried. I had a conflict on both iPhone SE and iPad Pro. Getting on the Net became impossible. I thought it was router problems but learned it was some conflict with this VPN and/or Shazam/Last Pass/and one other app that escapes me. I took all of the possible offenders down and built it back. Did not take the time to get specific but as soon as I deleted all BOOM! I was back online and un-depressed once again! I put VPN back and all was good. I left the others off so far. The only other issue is once in a great wile I can’t connect with a specific server. I shut off VPN and it’s fine. But for all this VPN does I.e. knock out all the ads which have become very aggressive and uber annoying and the other keep safe stuff ITS WELL WORTH WHATEVER IT MAY CANCEL OUT and that’s not much!!!
