Excellent app, superb customer support

I have been using VPN Unlimited for a few months now. Bought a lifetime license and am so glad I did. Using it on IOS (IPad), Android phone, and Windows 10. Have had issues on all platforms but in every case these issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently with the help of their superb customer support. Doesn’t seem to matter when I contact them — they respond quickly with the help I need. Highly recommended! Works as advertised and then some.

Useless! What the heck is this app developer doing? Only works on WiFi network that I initially set it up on. If I move to another network and try to connect to VPN Unlimited it will either disconnect me and connect to cellular data or it stops all WiFi internet traffic completely. I have turned off Connect On Demand in the profile and it still screws up WiFi internet.

Having no problems running VPN Unlimited on our iPhones and iPads since the v4.15 upgrade resolved issues introduced with the previous upgrade. Good to see the company being responsive to reported issues!

I've used this app for nearly a year. I used free apps and another paid VPN before choosing this VPN. So far, this one is the best for my purposes. I use it on my iPad, iPhone and Mac. It really helps me on my business trips. When on big exhibitions or conferences I always turn it on. I had difficulties with managing my devices. Their support responded within 1 hour and helped me. Keep up the good job, guys!

We're using it on a W10 desktop, 3 iPads, and an iPhone. On the IOS devices performance has been stable, and we've not noticed any significant performance decrease compared to no-VPN. We have had serious issues with the Windows 10/desktop version, and at this point it has not worked at all for a couple of weeks. Tech support has tried to help, but has not been able to solve the problem. (SUPPORT TICKET: 333330) In sum, we recommend the IOS version but not the Windows version so, overall 3 stars (5 for the IOS version, and 1 for the Windows version).

Poor Support, Constant Connection Problems

I purchase a 1 year subscription and it’s been nothing but trouble. This VPN constantly disconnects and causes my phone to not have an internet connection, so I miss emails, texts, etc. I have to force close it all the time. I have contacted support at least a dozen times, and each time they just suggest random things that do not solve the problem, they don’t follow up with my emails, and the support agents are difficult to understand. I have jumped trough so many hoops trying to make this work. This service is not worth any money, I strongly recommend you do not use this

New update, no improvements.

The VPN service works...but needs some improvements. 1. Add the proxy service option, like the Android version has. 2. Quit logging IP addresses, connection times, and bandwidth of lifetime customers. 3. Create a client for Apple TV. 4. Add the DNS Firewall management back into the app, until your future update. 5. Update your privacy policy. Your standard response to all subpoenas and queries should be, "We do not log any information, so we can not provide any information." Please make these changes! =)

I don’t see any slow connections to any internet site. I don’t get pop up windows that I can’t get out of while browsing. Seems to have cut down on junk emails also!?

Seems like the servers are always slow.

Bought the lifetime subscription. After a couple months of fine use, it just doesn’t work anymore. Whenever I connect to a server, it won’t load anything. Wouldn’t waste money on this app.
