I saw that they were offering a two week trial. I selected a monthly plan to accept the two week trial, and I canceled after a few days. My account was still charged the monthly rate even though I canceled. I have emailed app support, and I will change my rating if I get a refund that was unnecessarily charged to my card.

Brain Free Work Outs!

I have about 3 months using Keelo. My wife and I decided to get a garage gym with all the basic equipment for bench and squats. After a few month we ran out of work out ideas and our garage gym became dead weight. In December I purchase the app and has return my garage gym a new life. My day starts at 0400 every day. That early in the morning is hard to come up with a workout. Since I been using Keelo I feel more evenly distributed (physically) and more accomplish. The work outs can vary in intensity or duration. Usually I start my workout at 0425 finish about 0515 then i make breakfast for the girls and move on about my day without worry of i have time or what workout should i do. Great app. You wont regret it! It will get you working. And is a spring board for more and it will give it to you. V/R Roy

Easy to follow program!!

My husband {40}and I {35}both have the app. We have been following it since Nov2017, my strength has gone up and it’s really cut & dry of what to do each day!! I love waking each morning to see what my strength & conditioning is! There is no guessing and I know Im working the areas I should be!! EVEN My 12yr old (and 9&6 yr olds) all follow the conditioning workouts and LOVE it! Well worth the yearly subscription! {Best part is... you put in what equipment YOU have available and your workouts are set up from there!} ~ no excuses! #keelofam #keelokids #keelofit

Iam a cardiologist, ive used many apps for fitness, t25 jillian others, none of them have come close to me being passionate abt my workout like keelo. The jem of this app is coach shana, a real life fitness guru who is realistic and nice in answering qs from form to weights to recovery. Coach Shana u rock and this app rocks!!


They need more stars.

I love going to boxes, but it gets pricey from a couple who likes to travel, has a decent amount of equipment, and work on our own schedule more than we wish to stay in the gym. This app is the best of all worlds, and now it includes Olympic lifts in the programming. Ahhhh! I'm so happy. Can I say I dream of snatching? (Granted, Ive done a fundamental class in these lifts and still go over of twice a month to get coaching.) I particularly like doing my conditioning in the morning and skill in the afternoon. I have noticed a definite increase in fitness and strength using the programming. The development team is doing an amazing job. I haven't needed to contact their online coach with questions so I can't say what that experience is like. We spend extra time stretching at the end of a workout than what is suggested, but that's my yoga years talking. Keep up the great content!

I've been active my entire life from martial arts to bodybuilding to competitive men's senior hockey. After a couple sever injuries,both of which required surgery, and raising kids, this fits into my hectic schedule and I can customize any way I like. With a healthy eating habit and this 3 days a week I've lost 25 lbs in about 10 months.
