Very High Quality App

Keelo is awesome. Simple as that. Worth the money. Something I wish it had - the ability to specify that one exercise should use barbell. I have one barbell, so doing the conditioning exercises when multiple exercises use a barbell can be a challenge because I have to swap the weights.

A must have!!

I’m completely in love with this app! While it would be nice to have the music play the whole time the app is open, and it would be great to see “steel mace” as available equipment, this app is still awesome. The videos, the ability to scale & select available equipment (or none), and the coaching make this the absolute best workout app I’ve ever seen.

My Crossfit Box Closed

My local Crossfit box closed. I had been trying to program at home after that by building a basement gym in my home. After two months with everything I could find from Crossfit.com to brandX nothing even compared to the programming you offer. Not to mention the ability to delete runs from the programming when I have a foot of snow outside. The way they tailor this to your level of fitness and the equipment you have is absolutely amazingly. I will be looking no further, Thanks Keelo!!!

Best app that works with you and the equipment you have available

Great idea, app could use updating

Been using for a bit, idea for the app is great and I feel like I’m becoming more fit and healthier since I started not only 2 weeks ago. The app, however, is buggy. If you press start on your workout, and then leave the app to, say, change your song in your music app, and then go back to keelo, the workout tracking ends and goes back to the main screen and then you have to restart the timing and tracking for your workout. Or, if you are using the watch app, and are tracking the workout there, but then, say you want to rewatch the video of how to properly do the exercise you are doing on your phone, the app resets on the watch and you have to restart the timing and tracking also. These are problems, that, had this not been an app where the majority of the benefit is from a paid subscription, would not be that significant, but, since you are paying a decent amount, need to be fixed. Otherwise, someone else is going to come along with another app with these problems fixed.

Was very pleased, not anymore

I purchased this app years ago and LOVED IT!!! They have changed it since then, to a subscription format. Basically, the money I spent then to unlock all of the workouts means absolutely nothing now. I understand the appeal to the coaching and all the stuff the app offers now but that’s not what I wanted then or now. I want access to the workouts I have already PAID for.

Best Fitness App

Nice so far

Neat app, good idea. A little buggy when moving too different exercises. Hard to keep track of what set you are on, especially on strength because it moves on without giving you a chance to note that you’re done with your rest or switching weights with your partner. Great feedback from coach and developers when questions are asked. Edit: It seems that the app sometimes connects to the Apple Watch and sometimes doesn’t. For one of my workouts my heart rate was automatically recorded when I pushed start on my phone...I’ve noticed it’s stopped doing that.

Couldn’t even log in.

I really wanted to use this app, however I could never even make it into the app. Upon downloading, I typed in my phone number and awaited a confirmation code, which I received immediately. Once inputting the code it told me to try again. Then it told me I already have an account...really? I don’t recall that, but let’s say I do...there was no option to type in my login info, reset a password, etc. So I deleted the app and tried to start over with no luck. I had then send me a new confirmation code over and over. Again no luck. I give up.

Great, but needs a little tweaking.

First I’d like to say great app. I’ve been using it for about 1 week and here are some things that would be great to fix/add. -allow music to continuously play and not stop even when the workout isn’t ongoing. -when suggesting weights, keep them in multiples of 5. Three times the app suggested I life an odd number like 147. -allow self start on timer for stretching afterwards. For example, I may do a child’s pose in one area, but have to walk to another area to do a chest stretch. -incorporate HIIT runs -add the ability to verify equipment before starting workout for people who travel. -insert button to download all videos for that day so that cellular data isn’t used. Thanks!
