Thanks to this app I’m actually excited to work out now! I love that it makes a game out of working out by making you earn points and charting your progress. Before this app I would go through a workout half heartedly, never really knowing if what I was doing was effective. But now with Keelo I know I have to push myself through every single conditioning workout, even when it gets challenging because if I don’t my score will drop. It really pushes me to give it my all each time and actually burn calories! I also like the combination of strength moves with conditioning workouts each day. It is well rounded compared, and the variety of workouts and equipment is good to target different body parts and keep me from getting bored. Also, it’s nice that it has the warm up and cool down videos. I think this is something missing from other apps, and because it’s offered I actually do them. I’ve been looking for a good workout video or app the past few months and am so happy to have found Keelo!

My husband does Crossfit, and I was interested in trying it as well. Unfortunately we can’t afford for both of us to go. I love this app. The videos are great, and made based on my fitness level and progress. Absolutely worth it! The price is very reasonable.
dishonest app
They make it seem like there is a free workouts you can do. But I went into the work out and I did my profile and I even read through the whole agreement. But when I went to see if I could do an exercise for today they only showed paid workouts. Now they said I could sign up for premium. But all they are showing is premium. They are not showing the free exercise which is very deceptive and it’s like they are forcing you to buy something without showing you how to get to the free exercises.?

Great workout app with Crossfit minded workouts. Love that it lets you modify based on what equipment you have and they show you short videos on each exercise.

I like the app though it’s very legs/squat centric! Been using about a month and have it yet to put in bench. Done squats, front squats. Strength routines could have multiple exercises to work paired muscle groups. The conditioning routines are awesome and some are very challenging. I don’t feel like the app chooses suggested weights from my previous weights recorded. This would be a great improvement. Overall pretty good with room for improvements. Hope they get some of these little kinks worked out. Having music stop from within the app is annoying. It should start and continue throughout any workouts for that session. It stops after the warmup and strength and again after the conditioning I do all 4 and don’t like having to start music each time. I started using my own music app though it pauses when I start a the warmup but not after that!

I have a home gym and was looking for an app to help me with daily WODs and to help me keep track of my workouts. I have a bunch of equipment that you would find at a CrossFit gym but not everything. This app is great because it will give you a WOD for the equipment you have. I’ve been using it for a few months and love it!

Great planned app. Only issue is you can’t skip the workout (that I’ve found) if you want to do something different on a particular day.
Me knows
So far I like the app. It’s simple and has a clean good straightforward interface. The training sessions are excellent and modifiable. The biggest problem I’m having is the wireless syncing across all devices that doesn’t seem to work at all. I don’t know why but I’m having zero luck syncing my workouts as advertised.
