Every time I think it could not get worse, they come through and manage to mess it up even more. Obvious lack of training and experience in the industry.

Hello I am wondering why you falsely advertise the booking price? The flight prices you show make sure to let you know that fees and taxes included and if taxes are applied then it had to be based on a fixed “deal”. I just tried booking a flight today and the price with “fees and taxes included” so I clicked view deal and it just took me to the airlines actual website asking me to enter all the flight details. I though that might be an error so I tried again. This time it did show the flight but now the price which originally said $497 now shows $1,239. This seems pretty shady on your part since you clearly are compensated from the airline when their fights are booked through you and then you basically advertise click bate and wastes people’s time. Thanks for nothing.

Like the multi city feature, as always the calendar and nearby airports is great. When you order a car all the fees do not appear. My car was 100$ more than what Kayak said it was going to be.

New update removed many previous features. Included in those, is the old search option to see cheapest dates to fly to “x” city. This option made it great to see the dates listed in order of ascending price. It was a way to find the best pricing if you had flexibility in travel dates.

Fails to import itineraries from email, forcing end users to forward emails manually or enter it manually. TripIt can crawl your email automatically and fill in your itinerary automatically from there. Kayak's dev team doesn't care and hasn't been bothered to fix this in over a year. Otherwise, Kayak's and TripIt's trip organizers are the best I've seen. Kayak's developers are superficially responsive and actually write back, but they don't fix anything. Kayak and TripIt have some advantages and disadvantages over each other. Each should apply the other's advantages to its platform. Recommend.

Tried installing on iPad. App is forcing account creation before I can browse flights. Not sure why you changed this. Long time user, but no more.
