It’s a quick and effective way to plan a trip!

I keep trying to use the freeze price option but it always freezes after putting my payment option in. I don’t know if other people have the same issue but it was really frustrating. Other than that great app.

I was going to a trip to India and literally everywhere it was expensive. But this app saved me hundreds of dollars instead of booking through the official airline or another website. I love Kayak and i will always use it for overseas trips.

I refuse to give money to or use ANY APP that puts a white male in front of two woke women executives and makes him look like a complete moron as the strong smarter females lecture him on his stupidity. I and many others are fed up and DONE with that standard theme in commercials.

No multiple date filter like on android.

Love the service. Use it all the time but when I switched from android to iPhone the app has been a pain to use. It’s more buggy and the best feature - the ability to not only detach multiple dates but to be able to filter after the dates you’re not interested in is not available on iPhone.

JustFly has got horrible customer service

Kayaks partners closely with JustFly to provide cheaper international tickets. However, justfly has horrible customer service - where I had to be on the phone for 4.5 hours yesterday after which I still had to pay $900 for canceling 4 tickets ($300 was justfly charge). Kayak needs to make that clear on their app so as to not mislead customers towards Justfly

I’m looking for a house to stay in at bolivar peninsula, tx area. Your site had several but when it would say “BOOK”. It would redirect me to the VRBO site and the per night was always double the price quote from kayak.(this does not include fees which are expected). I asked everyone I knew and no one understood why! Example kayak.com. $74. Night/ VBRO $146. Which your site sent me to.

Trip statistics gone

I’ve used the app for years and loved the statistics on my trips. But with the most recent update, years and years of trip data are all gone now. So I’ve got no reason to use it anymore.
