Very Good but Could be better

jhw56

I really like this app, however, in the medications tab there is no way to input multiple tablets, ie take 2 pills twice a day. I also don’t have the option of a tablet that is twice the dose. So with minor change, could be better. Also in the blood pressure, it suggests an Omron monitor, which I have, but it won’t connect to it wirelessly, yet this wrist monitor will connect to another app. So I have to enter data manually, which takes away so of the benefits that wireless connection gives. I tried to purchase the premium subscription in the app and it was difficult. Instead of the subscription it purchased another device which was around the same price point. I had to cancel the order before it was shipped. Why is it so hard to order the subscription? If these issues were fixed, I would give this app five stars.

Best health app

I’ve been using Kardia for several years now, tracking my arrhythmias for myself and my doctor. It has provided invaluable diagnostic data for my treatment otherwise obtainable only by holter monitor. It has also at times provided peace of mind. Technician readings are rapid and accurate. This is a most helpful app!

This device and app are a God send. It lets you know in 30 seconds whether you are in A-fib. I showed the device to my cardiologist and he was so impressed that he bought one. He used it extensively, declaring that it was an equivalent to his office unit. I have since had a cryo-ablation and so far, so good. However, I do use the device and app if I feel a thump to make sure that I’m not in A-fib. This device and app are a must if you have A-fib.

I have become super dependent on this device for its accurate readings and being able to send these readings to my doctor in real time regardless of my location.

Anyone home

still alive but waiting

I’ve had my monitor about three months. I can never depend on it working. It fails to pick up a signal at least half the time. I’ve changed battery and cleaned with alcohol but still no signal. The worse part is there appears to be no one home on the support side of the project. Forget the phone number. They won’t answer but will direct you to message. Tried the chat line and they said they were too busy...send an email. So I sent 1-2-3 emails about my problem and I’m still waiting to hear from them. Could a person have a heart attack trying to get this device to work??

What the heck?!?

Let me get this straight. A person buys Kardia. It WORKS and identifies afib and the person is now complaining they have to pay for a premium service to record and send to his dr? Dude! You’re in afib! The least of your problems is to spring for their subscription service. Pay for the service..get ahead of your afib problem...and continue living! Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face! kardia is a life saver. Now if only they can get the cheapskates to stop being so short sighted.

Peace of Mind

Juice Ann

Kardia is giving me peace of mind. I have heart, lung problems and costocondritis. My pain presents as a heart attack when the lung surgery, costo, and/or COPD is the true cause. Kardia has let me know the heart is normal, and I have been able to attack the pain from a more knowledgeable position.
