An okay application. Pharmacy section needs work. No longer gives an estimate of when prescriptions will be ready. And the notification button will not stay on. Therefore, no notifications.
Rx refills never go through. Used to work better

This app used to be great. I used it all the time. It had a major update a few months ago and now the prescription refill function doesn't work. It goes through the motions but the pharmacy never hears about it. I use the phone refill line instead.
App still stuck in 2007: can’t rotate to landscape

For those of us with vision issues and use an iPad to better see information need the app to WORK ON AN iPAD. And starting with the iPad Pro series with smart connectors, the iPads are committed to the landscape orientation while connected to a keyboard. There this app is utterly useless for the many of us who would like to use it unless we get really good at reading sideways — geez, developers...if this was 2007 we might understand but now it just frustrating and disappointing.

The efficiency of the Kaiser app enables quick and easy access to messages, refilling prescriptions, viewing test results and paying patient balance online.
Test results are not showing up

Since August my test results are keep spinning showing that it is loading but nothin shows up...
Needs to store member card locally

This app is somewhat useful but its biggest flaw is that it has query from the cloud to retrieve the member ID card which takes forever and often doesn't work in the basement offices of KP facilities. Please change this so that the member ID card can be retrieved instantaneously.

My doctor is super responsive via their messaging, that has saved me tons of money on what would have been office visits. Kaiser’s billing is a bit of a mystery, like all health care. I just landed on a page in this app where I was filling a prescription, and made it to the final Purchase page with the price stated as “N/A”. To me, that is insane! Where else in the world can you checkout without being told the price you’re paying?
Can’t clear notifications

App won’t let me clear notifications. Also ordered from app to refill. And app never shows order has been refilled
