Can't reply to the email?

The rest are good but can't reply to the email and have to keep compose new email ?

Not sure what the fuss is over... I love this new version much more than the previous version. It's easy to navigate, and everything is at my fingertips which I love. I have a busy life like everyone else so that is an important factor. I can easily message my doctor or any other provider I've been referred to and easily refill prescriptions. It was mentioned in a previous post that the Rx refill doesn't alert you of when it is ready for pick up.... that would be a great feature to add. Overall, great job!!

I can't even access my account…

I can't even access my account with this new version, as it says it doesn't recognize my e-mail address. So I guess I'm conducting business over the phone again.

The version for the IPad is terrible. The app is either too big or too small. Note easy to maneuver. Please create a better IPad version.

I've had a red notification for the last week and when I go into the app, nothing is there. Notification won't go away, which is enough to make me want to delete it. PLEASE FIX!!!

In general I appreciate having this app, but it's not always reliable. My annoyance right now is that for the last week it has shown that I have a notification - however when I open the app, there is nothing new, pending ... anything. I also agree that not having the Touch ID is frustrating because that made logging in quick and easy when standing in the check in line. A positive - I was able to fill a prescription easily using the app.

I absolutely LOVE this app....The only problem I'm having is it keeps showing me I have a notification but there is thing there....I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, I've restarted my phone and deleted the app off my ICloud......How so I make the notification go away!!??

Better but payments fail

This has greatly improved. I can finally used TouchID. Unfortunately the payments service always falls and there is nobody to contact for support.
