Easy to follow and good reminders. A few adds to make 5 stars 1. Add a secondary reminder 2. Tutorial of good form 3. Show muscle groups worked. 4. Suggest which ones to do at a time (do all 7 at the same time or pick 3 or 4?)

Overall, this app just what it should and give a quality platform to someone who’s looking for an entry level workout program. I’d like to see it should a progress chart to map out success, trends, etc. additionally, I wish it was easier to toggle through multiple workouts at once (example push-ups and squats going at the same time).

But it should allow to record seasions done outside of the program so to have the full picture of the exercises done.
