App change headaches

1985Stunt

I just opened the app to use for first time in a few months, only to find I need to download new app, create account on old app, sign in to new app, restore purchases (which requires me to dig up apple password to verify.) After all that I’m wondering if I even FEEL like doing push-ups. Maybe I’ll increase my star rating if I ever think of it again, but right now I’m too frustrated with the app to give you any more than 3. I thought I would be tracking push-ups and sit-ups, not jumping-through-hoops.

Its working for now

Simple and easy to use

I like this app for the clean design and ease of use. I wish it would show workout data in table form. It does this weird thing where you have to click on the workout date to see the number of reps but then it forces an ad and requires you to save before leaving. I just want to view the data without risking editing it

To fast

The ramp up is parabolic as you get closer to week 6. It would be better designed if you can adjust the scale to 12 weeks if you want to. Going from week 4 day 1 - 15 reps to week 6 day 1 - 40 reps in one set is not realistic.

Thank you

This App has changed my perception of what I am physically able to do. It has opened my mind to trying new weight-lifting activities and just today add Yoga. Do the plan and watch the results, and also note how negative thoughts can be “pushed” down and positive thoughts “up”. Corny but true.

Works great!

Easy to use, click when set is complete. Wish it logged what dates, workouts were performed.

Log it but it needs some more work....

I love this app but it needs some better editing options..... you can’t change the picture a d then you change the color, it creates a duplicate workout and you can’t organize the workout in the order you want.

Decent

This app is great for managing your own workout. However, once you get into doing a programmed circuit rather than manually switching between exercises, there is very little flexibility in changing the workouts based on your progress and thresholds.

Good but not perfect

I definitely improved in push-ups, but not to the extent of 100 in a row like the app tells you at the end of 6 weeks. Honestly, by week 3 I had to start taking breaks in the middle of sets. Overall a good free app for pushups
