Even with audio disabled, it pauses music when switching to this app. I like music during workouts.. Anyway, other than that, this app gets me to workout which is cool.

I'm 3 weeks into it.. so far so good.. I've had this app for a while but this is the first time I've been consistent with it.. I like the options of changing how long you need to rest between sets.

Some of the jumps are a little extreme but in general it's a great program and has gotten me from just under fifty to just under ninety in a workout in just four weeks. Really great for being a quick workout when you have free time.

I started this work out in Oct 2016 with a total max set of 17 push ups. Today is Aug 2017 and im able to do 65 max. My chest, shoulders and core are much more defined and stronger. Great program for any level.

I'm almost done with week #1, and quite sore. But in a good way! I already know this 6 week course will work. Great app, gives you a countdown clock for rest periods between sets. Can't wait to do 100! Great app.

Great workout. Takes you through the process slowly and builds your strength gradually. Highly recommended!
