I really enjoy this app, because it is pushing me to do more. I enjoy the fact that the last set allows you to do as many more as you can. However, the only issue that I have with the app is the calendar. I think it should monitor daily gains. For me, I had to put a reminder on my own calendar, in order to remember what days I have worked out and so on. Besides that, it's a great tool for anyone who wants to achieve a goal in push and other challenges too. Thank you.

This app helped me improve a lot, and I could see the difference in my arms. The only problem is that there’s no calendar. Other then that it’s an amazing app. *use everyday

I've enjoyed the variations and distinct workout goals for each week. It has totally helped me improve my fitness and reach my goals!!

I am 45 yo. I Started this on 11/29 and could do a total of 55 reps. It’s now January 31st and I just did 141 and I am now starting to see physical changes. It’s gradual increase that mixes up reps in each set to keep shocking your muscles. I literally do the sets in the morning while I get ready so there is a minimal time commitment. Definitely worth a shot. All you have to gain is better fitness.
