Underdeveloped and overpriced

The prices for rides are just as, if not more, expensive than Uber and Lyft and that’s with their automatic “discount.” On top of that their app is shoddy and sometimes doesn’t work, and their drivers cancel on a whim, but if you cancel then you get charged. Edit: I wish I could include a screenshot. I just compared Uber to Juno. Same price to go the same distance but Juno is touting their 10 percent discount. Give me a break.

Used to be a great app, paid drivers better and generally stayed out of surge for the most part. For a while this was my go to app. Now juno sits in 50+ % surge here in perpetuity. There are more drivers than ever on the road it seems, but that doesn’t seem to matter. Surge all the time, 24/7 these days. Later Juno, it was fun while it lasted.
