Drivers are scammers

I tried using the 30% off ride to go to an airport. The driver kept on driving around 3 blocks away in circles. He wouldn’t answer my calls. I had to waste 10min calling him and texting him to force him to cancel the ride.

Feels more streamlined than other apps. Also, don’t know if I just got lucky, but my location pin was perfect—didn’t require adjustment—and the driver came to the correct side of the street. This’ll be my go to ride app.

It’s early days, but so far this is a first rate service. Using Apple Pay is super convenient as well. Good luck Juno in keeping this up!

Please join JUNO. The drivers are so professional and the customer service is top notch. I’ve been spreading the word! The drivers for JUNO get a better percentage than with the other Apps. Please consider JUNO for your car service app in nyc.
Better Drivers, Reasonable Fares and Great Service

I've stopped using Uber after a number of experiences getting unreliable drivers that cancel, struggle to navigate themselves to my destination and other issues. Juno drivers are usually great, none of the frills about trying to be your best friend, just a professional who can get you from Point A to Point B. Even better for them they seem happier to drive you as a Juno passenger considering they get paid more. Consider avoiding Uber and use this app instead. The prices are comparable and fair and you'll often get discounts and upgrades to drivers with nicer cars too.

Ongoing GPS issues - does not track cars accurately; cars arrive while GPS indicates car is blocks away; same car seems to jump multiple blocks and avenues in the opposite direction within seconds.
Great service-I wish it was available everywhere
