Can't contact drivers??

I've used the app several times and have needed to contact my driver, but when I call them it send me to a generic Juno voicemail box and texting them doesn't seem to go anywhere (because I never get a response). What's the problem?? Just walked a block in the rain because I couldn't contact my driver to give a more specific pickup location for the door of my building. Other than this, the app is fine, but not great. GPS location doesn't seem to be as accurate but the prices are typically slightly less than Uber. UPDATE: Thanks for the developer reply to my original message -- please adjust the app to not allow Google Voice or other forwarding numbers if possible? There's no way we'd know not to use our GV numbers and it's what I use for everything to avoid having my real number exposed to strangers. If it weren't allowed, I would've used my real number and contacting drivers would've been functional from the start. Thank you! I've bumped up my rating by one star.

The cars are great. The longest route possible seems to always be the case. Quicker rides make customers happy!

We loved Gett which was cheap and disclosed its fixed prices up front. Then maybe a year ago, Juno bought up Gett but seemed to continue its practices other than some minor fluctuations in its prices (which were still cheap). However, this week, Juno has apparently doubled its prices, making them ridiculous. This is unfortunate as we were using Juno regularly. Last month we probably used it more than 30 times. We were planning on selling our car since it cost us the same or less to use Juno. However, we will no longer use it given its new pricing.

I understand that when companies merge things are going to change but the Juno app is progressively getting worse. 1. Times consistently change as your waiting for your car to arrive from 1 minute to 10. Then your met with a cancelled car after waiting for 15 minutes (has happened more than once) 2. The driver only relies on the GPS and not an actual knowledge of getting anywhere and may end up getting you stuck in traffic because “that’s what the gps said” 3. The prices have gone up. Even with a discount it’s gotten at least 30% more expensive. 4. Why is there suddenly a surge price added on to things? The whole point was that you guys didn’t surge making you better than Lyft and Uber. I’m happy you guys pay your drivers better but you can’t really pay your drivers well if you aren’t treating your customers somewhat well because they won’t be there. I used to recommend Juno to friends but recently I felt like I couldn’t. I hope you guys take the time to make improvements upon the app.

Not good pricing anymore, but less drivers and more wait times. They started off well competing with uBer. But after gaining more riders, are completely less competitive. There is an uBer surge as we speak, guess what the wait time for Juno is, 23 minutes. Haha.
