Application and service is poor. Call customer service and no response. Waiting time for driver arrival is longer than uber. Company operates in Nyc only(5 boroughs ). Prices is higher than other ride- share company, even application stating that 10 % cheaper than uber or Lyft. Arrival time by the driver averaged 20 min. Cancellation as common sense. Ok, but uber is my choice. Thanks

Juno is reliable, professional and helpful. Makes travel for handicapped painless. Drivers are exceptional. Cars are clean. Problems are few and handled efficiently. Highly recommended.

This morning I was highly annoyed... had this stinky Indian called to enquirer how far my ride was and when I asked him what’s the importance of that to him he cancelled my ride and then this woman driver who was obviously lost getting to the airport for my pick up didn’t have the manners to call to let me know that she was lost and when I cancelled it she charges me for her STUPIDITY .... NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THEIR RIDERS AS WHEN THEY FIRST STARTED THERE WAS MUCH BETTER DRIVERS .... much more professional... STANDARDS HAS DROPPED A LOT... was told this by friends and colleagues but now I see for myself

We took a train to NYC and tried Uber, Lyft, and Juno while we were there. Once we used Juno we deleted both of the other apps. Juno was easy to use and was significantly less expensive. Every driver we had was excellent!
Needs improvement
Crashes way too much!
While cheaper than the more popular Uber, it doesn’t provide an ETA nor does it give the driver the most optimal routes. If you don’t mind the extra time then you can save a few dollars, however it’s not great when you’re in a rush.

My favorite thing about Juno is that I didn’t have some unrealistic BS countdown to be outside and ready in 30 seconds. My driver pulled up and was okay with me taking an extra min to pay my tab and leave unrushed.
