This is not the first time the drivers Eta is 3 minuets and then the driver just goes in a totally different direction and can take up to 20 minuets for the car to show up
Drivers - unfair practice

Notices lately that some drivers try to take advantage of earning of $5 cancellation fee without moving a car. Unfortunately had this issue few times. Hope it is temporary bug that goes away...
Better for both Rider and Driver

It’s a simple app identical to Uber but I’d rather use this as it’s slightly cheaper for me as a rider and the driver gets to keep more of the fare. For that reason, I choose to use JUNO.

Seems like it does not pinpoint where you are very good, and makes you walk a ways to find your ride

I just wanted to update my review from last time. This app is great! Your comments really count. This is beyond exceptional customer service! I also wanted to comment that my driver, Jianchuan is an exceptional and extremely profesionalni driver! He not only helped me load my luggage into the car, but, he was also very friendly! I learned a lot about Juno and the other ride-sharing companies, such as Uber and Lyft. He was also multi-lingual as well! I wanted to post this part of the review about Juno and its driver in the comment section, but, I accidentally sped through the process too quickly. I am hoping the comment regarding the driver will be posted on the comment section of the app. It’s this kind of above & beyond customer service and the price (mainly the customer service though) that make these ride-sharing apps so enjoyable. Thank you Juno developers for making such a wonderful app! Hope to see you in the Bay Area someday! Best regards, Raymond Chang (=

I’ve been riding Juno car service for the pass month & all drivers are pleasant. Also, the rate is Cheaper than any other car service I’ve used before,
