Am reviewing both Jumia as a service & the App, I use the app on IOS devices and have no complaints, all my deliveries have always arrived, stuff I paid for that become out of stock before shipping,I get instant refunds, faulty products are collected -no questions asked, only once did I get a product that was different from what was advertised -a kids watch(girls), got a totally diff one from the advert pic,I simply gave it to a teenager. For now I am quite satisfied, and I am not someone easy to please. Capt R.E

I got a voucher from them and when I tried to use it I found it isn’t working and empty, I called customer service and they said that someone used the voucher and we cannot get you another one. Bad people and bad performance.

dear jumia thank you very much for your service, over they years, though i am very curious about some your services, why do you advertise product your company do not have in stuck ?? what difference is your service from local store between the state or country ?. cause your company inflate the price of goods equivalent to the product original price, if your company do not have a product then do not sample for optioning in your website, and as for your treasure hunt i think either its an invitation to treat, or its just a way for your company to mislead people to visit your website, i remain your sincerely and big fan customer of your company regards benson

It’s so sad that am being forced to pay before getting my deliveries, I have been patronizing this platform for a very long time without any issues until I noticed the pay on delivery was taken out of my options, I clicked to know why and was told I probably had a failed delivery at some point which I don’t remember having any except a delivery guy who said I should come and meet him somewhere different from the location I Input online which I refuse cos it’s far from my location, he sounded very rude and told me I’ll come and pick my package up myself when am ready, and if that was the case it’s so sad that jumia representatives never even called me to ask me questions before flagging my account... if this is the way you want to treat ur esteemed customers then I guess I wouldn’t be a part of that... thanks
