way way way too slow
But I finally canceled it after an hour had past since it had been “ordered at restaurant.”

I like the deals on the app, they usually are really discounted and make me want to order. Will be using this over DoorDash and their high prices.

I have ordered with JoyRun and have worked with JoyRun for a semester and I can say it was great. While being a runner and working with JoyRun I made over $1000 in just one semester with this being my “side hustle” it was very well worth it. I encourage people to be a runner if they need to make some more extra money besides their regular job!(University of Alabama campus)

This app is great and convenient for Freshmen and Greek students. It’s easy and very simple to use and great for college towns especially here at WSU (Washington State University) where I am at!!! #GoCougs!!

My daughter just got harassed by one of the Oxford MS drivers. He was sending her vulgar text messages to her cell phone for cancelling an order. Is this how your company represents itself ??? Zero stars NOJOYRUN
Terrible UI

Was trying to use JoyRun based off a promotion they were doing at a location tea shop and the UI was terrible. We didn’t know how to use the app and when i clicked the “continue” button, it placed my order!! The button should be “place order” or something along those lines. I assumed the continue meant that it’s going to take you to a screen to review your order. This is ridiculous and no other app places your order until you can review it. Immediately, I called the shop to cancel the order and they said I had to go through JoyRun. JoyRun was unable to help and said I have to cancel through Teaspoon so I was on a wild goose chase. Then it was telling me that my order has been picked up and I haven’t even left the office yet. Terrible app experience and customer service.

If people don't tip you, all you get is what you charge for delivery. Not worth driving around everywhere if you're not making that much. pay your drivers more joyride.

Have used as both a buyer and runner and had a great experience each time! Most of the negative reviews on here are people that would complain at their own grandmothers cooking, or have never worked a day in their life. Either way, ignore the naysayers. This is a great app!
