I found out about this app a few weeks ago and it has been a life saver. I was able to make some money that I really needed and I can get deliveries to any restaurant around my area for a convenient price!

I really love Joyrun it has helped me get food without having to go out and I’m glad I get to help certain people with at least a little bit of cash with the fee that is being charged. It’s a great app beneficial to both the people ordering and those delivering.

I do love this app; it is very convenient for a freshman in college who isn't allowed to have a car on campus. I do think the app should be more improved in a way where it shows you an ETA to your door, not just an ETA to the restaurant itself. It’s bit annoying having to guess when they will arrive or having to ask them to text you when they’ll get here every single time. I do also think that the runners should have a sticker on their car of some sort showing that they are a runner, it’s annoying having to guess what car they are in a parking lot. Or maybe in the app having it show what kind of car they will be driving, that way you know what to look for; kind of like what Uber does. I still plan on using this app a lot (maybe too much), I just think it could use a few improvements!

Terrible app support! Had my runner deliver my food to the wrong house and they ate it! Had to wait hours for admin to answer me. Two hours after my order I’m still waiting for a reply. You’re honestly better off just picking the food up yourself than dealing with all of this. I don’t recommend this app to anyone unless you’re using the $5 off to get a Little Caesar’s delivered for less than it is in the store.

this app is a really good idea and I use it all the time. the only problem is that sometimes the food takes a little bit too long to arrive. but usually pretty good.
