Great meal plans and awesome workouts. I am a runner and my knees were starting to bother me so I wanted to try something different. My knees are feeling awesome and I feel incredible. This program is tough but well worth it. I look and feel so much stronger.

The app is a little flaky at times. Need to make it easier to leave and come back. Also, can’t tie in my own music. When I try I lose all music

App needs to be improved to have 1-2 houer in length workouts and instead of 3 difficulty levels how about add 1-2 extra leavels and work on fitness equipment intervention with this app so we can have improved program options

But the fluency is a big issue, sometime it takes forever to load... like nutrition plan and workout starting page.. and it’s lack of certainty regarding to this issue

It’s an amazing app has your meals planned and everything. One thing I would improve would be to start the meal plan when we actually begin the workouts or it throws the meal prep off. Also, in the grocery list of things to pick up from the store be more specific on how much we need for the week and possibly where we can find it. Or even have it delivered since some the foods are outrageous to find in small towns like mine. So you’re scavenging around looking for the items by then that week is over and a new meal plan is ready to be purchased it’ll start getting expensive. So maybe we can tighten it up there

I recently moved to a more rural location and miss my intense boot camp classes. This app has been an amazing way to have the strong intensity workout I’m looking for while allowing customization. Thank you Jillian and team!

This app not only gets a full body workout completed in 30 minutes or less, but it also inspires you to be accountable and motivates you to complete each daily workout. You can select the workout type and once selected, substitute specific exercises to suit your needs. (Ex: I had a shoulder issue, so I was able to switch things that went above my shoulder to other arm workout options.) It doesn’t take too long to feel the progress and see results!

Let me start with the positive points 1. The workout I am doing is in segments of 20 seconds, which is enough to start feeling something but not overly taxing in the repetition 2. There is a brief few seconds between each 20 second segment as the video loads. 3. So far on day 4 I have done different exercises (cardio, strength) alternating so your muscles have time to recover as I am not in shape and need recovery. 4. The sessions have been between 20-30 minutes which is do able. Negatives 1. There is no explanation of how to do the exercise. Jillian announces the next exercise but I waste some seconds watching her to see how to do the exercise. I am not fluent in the names of all the exercises 2. The food logs: I don’t live in the US so I don’t have access to all of these ingredients so I wonder if this app will help. 3. I used a Jillian Michaels app a few years ago and I see to remember it having more on it than this one. 4. I live in a flat so it is not possible to do all the jumping necessary for some exercises. 5. I am sad that after a month I don’t see much progress. I have to keep motivated

Love the app, even though it’s a little bare-bones right now. I hope in the future it will catch up more to the functionality of strava in the social aspects, the ability to manually add in workouts and edit workouts. If this app could track my runs, walks and bike rides it’d be pretty awesome! I have been doing Jillian’s videos off and on for 6 years and I can hear her taunting Shelly in my head while I work out “Bring it up to here Shelly!!” I wish there was some taunting towards the end of the workout and maybe some reminders about form.

It’s always something new, I’m getting results, the music is a bit monotonous, but it’s still well worth the price you pay !
