Game is glitching like crazy! Using up lives but won’t load the actual game. My weekend challenge progress is reset on Sunday morning instead of 11:59 PM. Game has been sluggish for months.

This is a GREAT game but it keeps crashing! I only played 3 levels and it started crashing! Since then it's after each level. Now I can't get past level 20. Any suggestions? This could be a 5+ star rated but to have to start over again and again. I truly hope you can help me! It's a great unwind app I'd hate to have to delete it. Thanks again! Nanaeme

Hello! If I purchase the $9.99 VIP permanent deal that will remove ads and so on, is that a one time fee or is this fee a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription?
Update did not fix freeze/crash

Unfortunately the update didn’t resolve the issue. Rewarded video and sometimes after random regular ads, the app freezes when you attempt to press the play button. You lose a life after it crashes in addition to the reward from the video.

I was enjoying the game very much until the Pro trump ads started popping up. Sad really. I found the game very challenging but may have to discontinue playing it.
