Can’t use gift cards.

I usually use the app to order ahead for pick up with my gift card. Now the app says this feature is unavailable. When will it be available again?
It doesn’t give you points after each order

It used to give me points for every prefer and it I had stop giving me points.

The app is still the same as ever. What I mean about updating is that you should have special order section. Reason being is most people have their own secret menu/specialized recipes. For example, pink gummy bear, pink starburst, blue fruity pebbles, etc. You guys need to get on with your apps.

This app is great! My only problem is that almost every time I go to order my drinks ahead of time I have to re-enter my credit card info. I always make sure that I have the save my info button on, but it still doesn’t save it. This app is supposed to be a convenience, but it isn’t really if I have to enter my info in every single time. It’s really annoying honestly.
Practically useless app

Doesn’t support keychain, so you have to re-enter your username and password and payment information each time you want to place an order. Absolutely no support if you have any issues with the app. This terrible app is the reason that I usually go to Starbucks instead of Jamba Juice when I’m in a hurry.

App works fine, wish I could say the same for the folks prepping the order. App doesn’t say if anything’s sold out, now I have to contact support to get a refund. Order took longer than just waiting in line. No real convenience.
Pay with app disabled

I loaded $50 of gift cards to the app and threw away the gift cards. Now the pay with app feature is disabled and after contacting support, they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get my money on gift cards back. This is ridiculous! Why remove that feature on the app?? It worked fine before. Aggravating!
Can’t Cancel/Refund Drinks Online or through App

I mistakenly placed an order at the wrong location, but you can’t cancel it. Additionally, none of the employees know how to navigate the app or online browser. And as seen in other posts, trying to get this corrected is a pain since they only give an email address for inquiries. Very disappointing.

I like Jamba Juice, but I have to be a hater for this jamba app. In fact, every staff of Jamba Juice store I met reflected the same frustration with the app. Honestly the app carries significantly beautiful graphics and appears with charm. However, in addition to good looking, we expect the app to bring forth convenience not nuisance. • after loaded gift card to the app, paying is a so inconvenience becoming a nuisance. • the app would not permit adding value to an old card, or merging the cards value into one. it results that the app storing multi-cards. Dear developers of this app, please upkeep the functionality of the app to match the appearance. There are footpaths of many other successful apps available as reference. Hope to see improvements or we need to advocate Jamba Juice to terminate this app forever.
