You guys are leaving out the people who are lactose intolerant or vegans

How is there no option to remove yogurt from my favorite smoothie (now that I’m vegan)? The customizing button doesn’t actually let you customize much. All I want to do is take out the yogurt and replace it with something else. Some people can’t have dairy.

It’s 2018. I need to be able to pay with this app

You can’t connect gift cards. You don’t even have access to your rewards card with this app. What even is the point?

Awful App

Hotness83

Whenever I try to view my card balance on the app it says there appears to be an error and to call customer service to get the balance. What’s the point of an app you can’t use to find out what your gift card balance is? Fix this glitch already my god

-I would spend more I could-!

This app consistently surprises me at the lack intuitiveness and consumer needs. Don't get me wrong—-I LOVE Love Jamba Juice!!! As a brand, JJ has exuded a constant awareness to be relevant and adjust to consumer trends w their brand and product offerings in the past 5-ish years. Unfortunately the app does not align with their company brand attributes/consumer awareness. -Can’t use a gift card to place an order via app. -Cannot add previously ordered items to current item -Searching for items on menu still takes too many steps compared to other food apps that do not have a street retail presence as Jamba Juice. I hope this input improves the Jamba Juice (lover!) end-user experience-!

Step it up Jamba!

I use the Starbucks app frequently, mainly because it’s user-friendly and convenient. However, as much as I LOVE Jamba Juice itself, their app leaves sooo much to be desired. Is it really 2018 and you still can’t use the app to upload a gift card? What’s the point in telling my family and friends to buy me Jamba Juice gift cards if I pre-order through the app, only to have my gift cards still being unused?! I guess Starbucks will continue to earn my business until Jamba can step things up with their app, especially since summertime would be the perfect time to enjoy a nice refreshing smoothie!

What’s the point?

I went to Jamba Juice today for the first time in over a year and was reminded why I don’t go. I know, first world problems, but in this age of technology Jamba Juice is sincerely lacking. Why can’t we upload gift cards? Why can’t we pay with gc’s for order-ahead? Why is there not a better customer incentives program? I don’t even like coffee...but go to Starbucks often because of what they offer all around. Jamba needs to step it up.

Needs Barcode Feature

Anonymous11192014

I recently joined Jamba Insider, so I decided to download the app as well. The app has a pretty cool interface and is quite easy to work with. However, as a now Insider member and a regular customer of Jamba Juice, I am hoping that the developers add the in-app barcode feature similar to Yogurtland's. It would make it convenient to earn and check rewards, and would give me a reason to actually use this app.

User interface could easily be made better

I am Jack's iTunes Account

You couldn’t be bothered to write the extra line of code to remember my drink size? Also the having to click on the cart icon is an unnecessary step.

Why bother

Xzynlc

I downloaded the app to order ahead of time, since I don’t want to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie. The menu had ONE option under classics. Mango chili. I want to order strawberries wild. None of the menus have more that three options. What’s the point???

Apps Should Make Ordering Easier

Sai Concepts

Unlike Starbucks, this app makes ordering complicated. I cannot collect points on orders placed in store and I can't place my order in app because I normally order 2 scoops of whey protein. The app only allows me to add 1 scoop max.
