Not functioning- stole about $20 of my money

I purchased a $25 gift card in December and had used it for a single purchase before attempting to use it again today. When I clicked on the card, NOTHING happened. So now I have around $20 stuck that I can’t access, effectively stealing my money. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I am trying to access the section - Jamba Cards but it does not take me to another page. Trying it multiple times so I can reload balance and manage but this is not working

I can’t access my gift cards that I added to my account through the app. Went somewhere else for lunch.

Little to no support & not user friendly

Trying to get support for the app is next to impossible. My gift card balance is no longer showing and keeps crashing if I try to pay with my gift card. Tried uninstalling / reinstalling etc. tried on another iPhone, still doesn’t work. The app itself isn’t very user intuitive Also no way to delete expired cc from the app.

I bought a $50 Card in the store with plans to add it to the app but just got repeated error messages. The Jamba employee just gave me a blank stare and said she doesn’t know anything about the app. Now a week later, when you click the section for gift card, nothing happens at all, not even the error message. So it’s a huge hassle. I have a choice to buy my breakfast at Starbucks next door or at Jamba Juice. It’s so much easier to order and pay on the Starbucks app so you know where I’m going...

Not a fan of this app, very poorly put together.

Can’t redeem rewards that the app says I have, can’t even put in my correct birthday. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL

-Unable to mobile order using gift card. -Unable to access gift cards. -All stores should have working scanners instead of manual entry by cashier of long gift card numbers. -Overall app is no good. Needs an immediate update.

I have been trying to use my Jamba card to purchase my smoothies thru the app. and it won’t let me. In fact when I click on it so it can show me my card it’s continuous to say error. It’s very frustrating knowing you have money in your card and you can used it. Fix the problem!!!!!!!

New update is horrible

New update is horrible. I can’t use my jamba card in the app anymore. And the app crashes everytime I click the home button. I guess I will be going back to Starbucks now. Their mobile ordering is much more competent.

Won’t find my store

Can’t even use the app because it won’t find my store. It’s on Penn State campus, but it won’t find it, then says “search on map,” FINDS IT there, but still won’t move forward. Just takes me back to the app where it says it can’t find it. No way to use it without that.
