The app isn't very user friendly and I'm a tech savvy person. The menu set up is not only complicated but is missing some drinks. I do not like how you can't get a discount on the app if you own one of their tumblers like you can in store... Please fix.
Love Jamba
The addition of customization was a great idea EXCEPT that items still are not FULLY customizable. For example, it's not possible to order the Chunky Strawberry Bowl without peanut butter. Once they make it fully customizable, I'll upgrade my review.

Once I forgot to check the location of my order and noticed it after the order was sent. I called the store to cancel so I could go to the one closest to where I was and they said they can't change it. Good thing my wife was closer to our regular store and was able to enjoy what I ordered. I was going to order today and got all to my cart when I remembered to check location and it won't let you do it once you have items in your cart. I would have to delete the order go to my main page and change the location and then order the items. Exasperated I went to my password protected Starbucks app to get my breakfast. Hope JJ app crew can make the changes quickly and soon. You guys have the best oatmeal but it's tough to get!

I get a 2oz wheatgrass every other day and I wait a long time after ordering. I thought I could cut my wait time by ordering through the app as advertised on the window. I could not find it anywhere on the app so I ask two different store employees who knew nothing about the Jamba Juice app. Really?! Why advertise in your store if your employees know nothing about it?! Disappointing. I was hoping this was going to be an added benefit to your store in San Francisco.

Love that Jamba has an app now. It could use a special instructions function so users can inform Jamba of an allergy, for example.
