Installed this app, purchased a coin package and then my account was disabled and says contact customer support. I’ve emailed them now twice with no help, account still says disabled but my money was still taken- Not a good experience for a new user

I have been playing this app for awhile. I enjoyed it but over the past few months the odds of winning have decreased. Less than 50% of your spins are wins (this is tallied on your profile page). Many many wins are less than your bet. The app caters to those that buy fake coins and seems to try to force you to buy by not letting you win. They are pricey to purchase. When I have purchased, I was lucky for an hour or two for $100.

I really want to love this game. I believe in spending a little money in games that I enjoy. I’ve bought chips in this game a few times and ever since I’ve done that I literally never win. Before I bought chip I could at least win enough to play for awhile. Now I can’t even play for a decent amount of time before I’m out. I like the different games but it doesn’t matter the variety of you never have the chip count to enjoy them. :/
