Horrible crappy game. Go somewhere else

Played one of their tournaments. Played hard for the entire tournament and watched the leaderboard the entire time. Finished 2nd place and should of been awarded a huge award, but I wasnt. When I complained I was told I didnt play til the end (LIE) and fall finished in the 160s (LIE). Dumb to offer games like that and screw the players. Its fake, I get it... but I recommend finding a different app to play
Why was the option to watch ads for credits removed?

The option to watch ads for credits was removed with the most recent update, which is extremely lame and stingy.

I would give this app 5 stars if there was an easier way to reach support. Everytime I try to double my level up bonus I watch the video, but when I close it out, my screen goes black and I lose my double up. What's the scoop BF? Please fix.

It used to be fun & easy to win on BF casino games but in 12/2017 they were bought by a company called Aristocrat for $990 million. Ever since the games have gone totally downhill. It takes hundreds of spins and millions of coins to play. Scatters are almost non-existent and it’s as if Jackpots are turned off the majority of the time. It’s impossible to win. And they constantly dun you or spam you about coin sales. That’s all they care about - your money. Don’t waste your time or your money or you will be a victim too...and they will refuse to respond to your complaints. BIg Fish is a rip-off!!!

It’s very nice to see the payout I should get but then for whatever reason it isn’t added to my money count. Happened like 5-6 times and makes me not want to play there game if it isn’t at least gonna try and be accurate.
