I have played and played and PLAYED your games. If you win all you do is steal it back! Well, I shouldn’t say steal it is gambling. I’ve had many issues with JMS and USUALLY get my issue resolved. Then other times I just am ignored! Vivki Every time I start to win it is stolen away. So many brand new player have won trillions and I have princess who is level 459 and never win anymore. The slots have gotten so tight it’s just not as much fun as it use to be. Those who have been here for years —- should be rewarded but NO. Even after 3 days to level up you’d not even double the amount anymore. Bad very bad I just don’t understand why long standing members and leaders of clubs have no changes of winning big jackpots and more. For example a new player spun 337,586 times won 8 trillion coins. You say you have no control. I don’t believe that. Statistically someone at level 452 has spun exponentially more spins would win more. If I wasn’t I leader and let my team down I would leaveplease see my other update. I have one phone and I iPad and the same for my husband trying to be good role models. BF makes it i have notice a great change where I have actually been able to win some. Thank you very much impossible!!!! Well, since the last maintenance update you have made it even tougher to win. I’ve played every game at various bids and lost all the money I made over $300.00 on 8n the past month. I’m SO regretful. I really don’t know what else to say. I actually love to play the game. I just can’t afford to keep playing it. I’m on disability and can’t keep buying coins to help my club. Just. Loosen the slots and let the little players win sometimes would really help. Thank you I love this game. I just wish it was more fair. It is not. The slots get tighter and tighter. If you do win BF takes it right back. And winning JPs. Can’t remember the last time I or my husband or my daughter or my son my daughter in law or my son in law all play on the same team. Princess is the leader with a level of 455 and she hasn’t won a JP in months!! That’s the truth. That’s just not right but she won’t leave her club but getting to the point that she is ready to walk away. Very sad .... we all LOVE the game. It’s just not fair I have had a little more winning. Not big wins like others but glad at least winning some so I think y’all loosened the slots or whatever. Tournaments are fairs when. You have billionaires in clubs and how they win it. I do appreciate the changes and hope they continue to be fair to all Vicki

I have played this game for 18 months and I was loving it but since new owners bought it it is impossible to hit big or keep your chips. If you hit one or two big hits you will not hit anything anymore until you loos all. I am so upset with this owners they took all fun out of this games. I hope someone else will buy this games and bring back the fun. This owners are too greedy. I am playing this games less and less. I am giving up and praying for new more giving owners. ?????
